The 13th Biennial PPAIFI Convention – BESPOKE Aesthetics brought together cosmetic surgery professionals and industry experts for meaningful discussions, knowledge exchange, and insights into the evolving field of cosmetic surgery. The convention centered on mastery, innovation, precision, and patient-centered outcomes, reflecting the industry’s continued pursuit of thoughtful excellence.
For the convention, Tapik provided an integrated Events Management System designed to streamline key event operations and enhance the participant experience. The system facilitated QR Code Check-In, allowing guests to conveniently verify their registration by scanning their individual QR codes, while Attendance Monitoring & Tracking enabled the event team to efficiently record and monitor participant attendance throughout the event.
Tapik also supported Staff Deployment, assigning event personnel to designated areas to facilitate check-in, attendance monitoring, and other on-site operations. For event inclusions, Tap-Enabled Kiosks and Scanners were utilized to facilitate Food Claiming and Souvenir Claiming, providing a more organized and controlled process for verifying participant eligibility and recording claims.
In addition, the organization’s Customized Organization ID Card is currently in production, supporting its broader digital identification initiative and future engagement needs. Through the integration of QR Code Check-In, Attendance Monitoring & Tracking, Staff Deployment, and Tap-Enabled Food and Souvenir Claiming, Tapik helped create a more efficient, organized, and digitally enabled event experience while reducing reliance on manual processes.
