I. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using a ticket issued by Tapik.PH, the purchaser (“Client” or “User”) agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If the Client does not agree, they are advised not to proceed with the transaction.

II. About Tapik.PH

A technology solutions provider specializing in digital business card systems and event management tools designed primarily for corporations, organizations, and associations.

Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Creation of digital business cards
  • Attendance tracking systems
  • Seat management
  • Food claiming systems
  • Token or souvenir claiming systems
  • Event identification and access management through the Tapik System

These services are delivered through customized digital cards and integrated platform features.

III. Client Eligibility

Services are primarily intended for the following

  • Corporations
  • Associations
  • Event Organizers
  • Government
  • Private Institutions


Clients must ensure that the information provided during the ordering process is accurate, complete, and authorized by the organization.

IV. Orders and Pricing

Custom Pricing

Pricing for digital cards and system services varies depending on the quantity of orders and project requirements.

Client may request a formal proposal or quotation which will include:

  • About Tapik Card
  • Scope of Services
  • Custom System Requirements
  • Delivery Timelines
  • Price Bracket


Proposal Validity

Unless otherwise stated, proposals and quotations issued by Tapik are valid for 15 to 30 days from the date of issuance.

Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only after:

  • Acceptance of the proposal
  • Submission of required event or database
  • Payment confirmation (Full or Partial as agreed)

V. Payment Terms

Payment terms for Tapik.ph services shall be indicated in the official proposal or invoice provided to the client. Unless otherwise stated, the following payment structure applies:

Downpayment

A fifty percent (50%) downpayment is required upon confirmation of the order. Production, system setup, and project implementation will only commence once the downpayment has been received and verified by Tapik.

Remaining Balance

The remaining fifty percent (50%) balance must be settled upon completion of the order and prior to the delivery or deployment of the digital cards and Tapik system.
Tapik.ph reserves the right to withhold delivery, activation, or deployment of services until full payment has been completed.

Own Instance Subscription

Clients who avail of a dedicated Tapik System instance (“Own Instance”) will receive a complimentary subscription period for the first three (3) months from the date of system activation.

After the initial three (3) months, the applicable subscription fees will commence based on the agreed service plan indicated in the proposal or service agreement.

Failure to settle subscription fees after the complimentary period may result in temporary suspension or limitation of system access until payment obligations are fulfilled.

VI. Delivery and Implementation

Delivery timelines will depend on:

  • Quantity of digital cards
  • System configuration requirements
  • Event complexity
  • Data submission schedule

 

Tapik.ph will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines but is not liable for delays
caused by:

  • Late client submissions
  • Technical issues beyond control
  • Force majeure events

VII. Cancellation and Refunds

Tapik.ph values fairness and transparency in all transactions. Refund requests may be evaluated depending on the stage of the project and the circumstances of the cancellation.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

Before Project Commencement

A client may request a refund if no work, preparation, or project-related task has been started by Tapik.ph. Approval of the refund is subject to a valid and justifiable reason for cancellation.

After Mobilization or Initial Preparation

If Tapik.ph has already mobilized resources, initiated preparation, or started preliminary work, a maximum refund of up to fifty percent (50%) of the amount paid may be granted, provided that the client presents a reasonable and acceptable justification for the cancellation.

Refund approvals under this category will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • When project tasks, system setup, or production work have already begun and are
    significantly underway.
  • When the service or digital cards have already been completed, delivered, or deployed.
  • When cancellation is requested without a valid or reasonable justification.



Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be processed within a reasonable processing period, subject to
administrative review and standard financial procedures of Tapik.ph.

VIII. System Usage

The Tapik System is intended solely for the purposes stated in the agreement including:

  • Identification/Digital Business Card
  •  Attendance
  • Seat Management
  • Food Claiming
  • Token/Souvenir Claiming


Clients agree not to:

  • Misuse the system for unauthorized activities
  • Attempt to copy, reverse engineer, or replicate Tapik technology
  • Share system access without authorization

IX. Event Support

For events utilizing the Tapik system, Tapik.ph may provide:

  • Technical setup
  • Event monitoring
  • System support

Support coverage will depend on the service package agreed upon in the proposal.

X. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Submit data within agreed timelines
  • Ensure the proper use of Tapik digital cards and systems
  • Assign a designated coordinator for project communication

Tapik is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete data submitted by the
client

XI. Limitation of Liability

Tapik.ph shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of data due to client error
  • Event disruptions beyond system control
  • Improper use of digital cards by event attendees
  • Third-party technical failures (internet, hardware, etc.)

Our liability shall be limited to the value of the service contract with the client.

XII. Intellectual Property

All Tapik.ph systems, software, processes, designs, and technologies remain the intellectual property of Tapik. Clients are granted limited usage rights strictly for the duration and purpose defined in their project agreement. Unauthorized duplication, resale, or redistribution of Tapik
services is prohibited.

XIII. Data Privacy

The Client’s use of Tapik.PH’s services is governed by the Company’s Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

XIV. Amendments

Tapik.ph reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the Tapik.ph website.
Continued use of Tapik services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

XV. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels within the Philippines.
