The Philippine Academy of Clinical and Diagnostic Dentistry (PACCD) successfully held its event from September 30 to October 2, with Tapik providing integrated event technology, on-site staff deployment, and operational support throughout the three-day event. Upon arrival, participants were provided with custom-designed PACCD Membership ID Cards, which served as their primary tap-enabled credentials throughout the event. Using the ID cards at Tapik’s tap-enabled kiosks and scanners, attendees were able to conveniently record their attendance through the Event Management System, providing PACCD with efficient and organized attendance monitoring and tracking. The same system also facilitated Food Voucher Claiming and Souvenir Claiming, streamlining attendee entitlements and reducing manual processing.
Beyond attendee management, Tapik also supported PACCD’s participating exhibitors through its lead generation capability, enabling exhibitors to capture and generate valuable attendee leads during the event. On Day 2, the platform further supported PACCDs organizational activities through Seamless Election and Voting Monitoring, helping provide a structured and efficient digital voting process.
