The National Movement of Young Legislators (NMYL) is a national organization composed of young elected local officials, including councilors, board members, and other young legislators. It aims to develop leadership, promote good governance, and strengthen cooperation among young public officials across the country.
The 27th National Convention and Election of the National Executive Committee brought together NMYL members and representatives from different provinces and cities to discuss organizational matters, share best practices in governance, strengthen collaboration, and elect the National Executive Committee for the next term.
For the 27th National Convention, Tapik provided Membership & ID Management, featuring custom-designed Membership ID Cards developed specifically for NMYL and integrated with Event Management capabilities.
The Membership IDs were used throughout the event through a tap-enabled system for Attendance Monitoring, Check-In & Check-Out Tracking, and Food Claiming Tracking. Participants tapped their IDs at designated Tap-Enabled Kiosks or Scanners to record their attendance and claim their meals efficiently.
The solution helped streamline participant identification and event operations while providing organizers with an efficient and organized way to monitor attendance, track participant movement, and manage food distribution.
